Clinical Supervision with Brittany
I structure clinical supervision much like therapy sessions, using a step-based approach tailored to your level of experience and individual needs. If you’re new to clinical supervision, we’ll start with more frequent individual sessions. As you grow as a clinician, group supervision often becomes more beneficial, offering greater opportunities for collaboration, shared insight, and access to a wider range of feedback and resources.
I have professional experience across a range of settings, including school-based therapy, inpatient mental health hospitals, group practices, and private practice.
During the first 5–6 years of my clinical work, I focused primarily on supporting children and adolescents navigating ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. My approach during this time was grounded in play therapy, and I completed additional supervision hours with a certified play therapist. I also integrated evidence-based modalities such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Over the past 5–6 years, my work has shifted toward supporting young adults and adults, primarily adult women, in a private practice setting. My current clinical approach draws from IFS, ACT, ERP, DBT, and CBT.
